The College Park Neighborhood Association (CPNA) is a self managed homeowners association, organized and formed as a Texas non-profit corporation.
The Association represents the common community interests of property owners in the College Park Phase I and Phase II subdivisions, located just west of the University of Texas at San Antonio.
College Park Phase I property owners are mandatory members of the Association while Phase II property owners may opt to join as associate members.
